Return/Exchange policy


Exchange for a different size (non-sale items)

If you are not satisfied with the fit of your hamb garment it can be exchanged for another size if returned in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached within 7 days of purchase.
Please email info@hamb.com.au to request an exchange.
Post the item for exchange to Hamb, 36 Moreland St, Footscray VIC 3011.

Garment faults (non-sale items)
If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email info@hamb.com.au for further assistance.
Please return the faulty item to Hamb, 36 Moreland St, Footscray VIC 3011. Upon return, a replacement will be dispatched via Australia Post and return postage costs will be reimbursed via Paypal. If the item is no longer in stock a refund for the item along with return postage costs will be issued via paypal.


Exchange of sale items

Sale items may be exchanged for another size, provided the item is returned in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached within 7 days of purchase. Hamb does not provide free shipping for exchanged sale items so please supply a return postage satchel. Please email info@hamb.com.au to request an exchange.

Please note: clearance sale items are end of season stock and sizes are limited.
