Return policy:
If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email info@hamb.com.au for further assistance.

Returns can be mailed to Hamb: 36 Moreland St, Footscray VIC 3011. A replacement will be provided for any faulty goods and return postage costs will be reimbursed. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund for the item and return postage costs will be issued via paypal.


Exchange of non-sale items:

If you are not satisfied with the fit of your hamb garment
it can be exchanged for another size if returned in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached within 7 days of purchase. Please email info@hamb.com.au to request an exchange.


Exchange of sale items:

Sale items may be exchanged for another size, provided the item is returned in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached within 7 days of purchase. Please email info@hamb.com.au to request an exchange.

Hamb does not provide free shipping for exchanged sale items. When returning sale items for exchange, please provide an Australia Post Express Post satchel (500g ) for return shipping.

Please note: items on sale are end of season stock and sizes are limited.
